We went for walk with George and Regina at Eskers Park this afternoon. Even though the poll at the right doesn’t say so, it felt and looked like fall today.
When I voted on your poll it was back in August. If I voted again, I would definitely vote “YES” fall is here. At UBC all the students are moving in and some trees around our neighbourhood are already red. But last Thursday Joel, Nikki and I spent a hot (but windy) day at the beach.
As much as we don’t want it, summer is over.
Our back yard looks better than Eskers did for yellow leaves but it sure feels like fall in town too. Josh and I just finished digging our retaining wall trench and it was getting cool.
